1. Who we are
PinFlicker ("PinFlicker", "we", "us") operates the Pinterest automation platform available at pinflicker.com and related services. Contact: privacy@pinflicker.com.
2. What we collect
- Account data. Name, work email, company, role, and authentication metadata.
- Content data. Articles, hero images, categories, and metadata you ingest into PinFlicker from connected sources.
- Platform connections. OAuth tokens for Pinterest and supported CMS platforms. We never see your passwords.
- Usage data. Product telemetry — features used, errors encountered, page views — to improve reliability.
- Support correspondence. Emails and messages you send us.
3. How we use it
- To operate the service — generating pins, publishing, scheduling, reporting.
- To provide support and respond to your requests.
- To improve reliability, performance, and product quality.
- To send transactional and service-critical emails. Marketing emails only with consent; unsubscribe anytime.
4. What we don't do
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not train third-party foundation models on your content, pins, or analytics.
- We do not share your data with advertisers.
5. Sharing
We share data only with vetted sub-processors strictly necessary to run the service — infrastructure (AWS), email delivery, analytics, error monitoring, and billing. A current sub-processor list is available on request.
6. International transfers
Data may be processed in the United States and the European Economic Area. Where required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses.
7. Retention
Account data is retained while your account is active and for up to 90 days after closure. Content data is deleted within 30 days of workspace deletion. Legal and accounting records may be retained longer where required.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete personal data. Email privacy@pinflicker.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
9. Security

10. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and a small number of analytics cookies to measure product use. No advertising cookies.
