Terms of service
1. Agreement
By creating a PinFlicker account, you agree to these Terms. If you're using PinFlicker on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.
2. The service
PinFlicker provides software that helps you generate, schedule, and publish Pinterest pins from content you control. The service is provided on a subscription basis, priced by plan tier.
3. Accounts
You're responsible for safeguarding credentials and activity on your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of everything you upload or generate through PinFlicker. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the service. We do not train foundation models on your content.
5. Acceptable use
- Don't use PinFlicker to publish content you don't have the right to publish.
- Don't use PinFlicker in a way that violates Pinterest's community guidelines or terms of service.
- Don't use PinFlicker to send spam, phishing, or deceptive content.
- Don't attempt to bypass rate limits, reverse-engineer the service, or interfere with other customers.
6. Payment
Fees are charged per your selected plan. Monthly plans renew monthly; annual plans renew annually unless cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
7. Cancellation & termination
You can cancel at any time. Access continues to the end of the paid period. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or Pinterest's policies.
8. Third-party platforms
PinFlicker connects to third-party platforms (Pinterest, WordPress, etc.) via their APIs. We are not responsible for their availability, policies, or actions. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms.
9. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We don't guarantee specific traffic, ranking, or revenue outcomes.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PinFlicker's total liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify PinFlicker against claims arising from your content or your use of the service in breach of these Terms.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes take effect 30 days after posting or immediately on acceptance, whichever comes first.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where PinFlicker is incorporated, excluding conflict-of-laws rules.
